The Holiday Appeal is the Heart Foundation’s annual end-of-year appeal.
It is an opportunity to showcase the impact that funds from generous Heart Foundation donors can have on everyday Australians.
It doesn’t take much to help save a life this holiday season. A small gift can have a big impact and allow researchers to continue their life-saving research into heart disease.
Every donation to the Heart Foundation helps in our fight against heart disease and sudden cardiac arrest. By donating to the Holiday Appeal, you’ll be supporting us to:
Each year, around 25,000 Australians suffer an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. Sadly, as few as 5% of those who experience these heart events survive.
Whilst for many, the holiday season brings joyous family reunions and symbolises a time of togetherness. However, for some, it serves as a sombre reminder of a loved one lost to heart disease.
Together, we can help put an end to the heartache endured by families affected by heart disease.
Together, we can continue to lead the charge and help fund ground-breaking research that drives real progress in the fight against heart disease.
Together, all donations, regardless of size, play a vital role in our mission.
When our hearts beat together, there is hope.
The Holiday Appeal is an opportunity to showcase the impact your donations have on everyday Australians.
Our Heart Heroes are those who have been impacted, are impacted or have lost somebody to a heart related experience.
